Family and Work Balance:

We’ve always juggled our family life so one of us is with the kids at all times—early mornings for me, late nights for her.
It worked well back in school, and it’s still how we manage today with six kids still at home and two in college.

Yesterday’s Busy Day:

Yesterday, I had to work my regular job and ended up staying later than planned.
I had hoped to get some work done at the library afterward because the internet is better there, but it was closed by the time I finished work.

Struggles with Productivity:

Once I got home, distractions made it hard to get much done—six kids make for a busy household!
I spent some time resting and handling other tasks but didn’t make the progress I wanted.

Excitement for Today:

I’ve worked most of my hours this week, so I’ll have a half day today to focus at the library.
I’ve got a lot to figure out—especially my email settings—so I can send out education and updates to you all.
