Family Update:
Today’s a bit crazy since the family is headed out to Idaho.
I’ll be sticking around to help with the homestead and knock out some projects.

Focus on One Thing:
Yesterday, I attended a training with Trey Llewellyn that emphasized focusing on one thing at a time.
The concept is about tweaking one thing at a time, only fixing what’s broken.

The One Thing Book:
I mentioned a book called The One Thing by Gary Keller, which really helps narrow down what you need to do right now to achieve your goals.
I’ll share some images from the book to give you more insights.

Accountability Group:
During the training, I asked if anyone wanted an accountability partner.
I got one response, and I’m looking for 6-8 people to join me in motivating each other to get our one thing done each day.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
As I discussed yesterday, the first KPI is showing up and putting in the work.
It’s not about perfection but about making progress and persistence.

The Importance of Persistence:
Life gets in the way, but obstacles are stepping stones.
It’s important to focus on the actions that lead to results, not just the results themselves.

Focusing on the Process, Not the Results:
Comparing focusing on results to pulling up a plant to check the roots— it can kill the plant.
Instead, focus on getting that one thing done every day to ensure success.

Personal Focus:
My current focus is making these videos as my key performance indicator.
I’m showing up every day to talk to you and help us all move forward.
