Health Update:

Yesterday was a bit wild—I had to get a heart catheter done.
I'm not allowed to lift more than 10 pounds right now, so I skipped my regular facilities assistant job.
Thankfully, everything turned out okay, and I'm feeling really grateful.

Adjusting the Day:

Decided not to go to work to keep an eye on my blood pressure and make sure I was safe to drive.
Instead, I spent the day at the public library, got a ton of work done online, and it felt great.

Emotional Journey:

At first, I was feeling pretty overwhelmed and like I was failing with so much going on.
But then I sat down and started writing out how I've seen God’s hand in my life.
By the end of the day, I realized it had actually been a good day, despite everything.

Mindset and Gratitude:

Life’s precious, and every day is an adventure.
I love creating a great day, no matter what’s going on.
It’s all about focusing on what we can do and counting our blessings instead of what we’re missing.

Lessons Learned:

We need community—self-sufficiency is about helping each other out.
It’s crucial to have multiple streams of income to protect against unexpected events.

We should diversify not just our crops but also our income, whether it’s through content creation or selling products.
