The first thing you need is a framework—a structure that makes it easy for people to learn what you know. A great way to test your framework is using the 3-Minute, 3-Hour, or 3-Day Rule:

- 3 Minutes – Can you explain your idea in 3 minutes? This might be a short social media post or video to see if people are interested.
- 3 Hours – If someone gave you three hours, could you dive deeper and create a more detailed guide? This could be a workshop, a webinar, or a short ebook.
- 3 Days – Could you build out an entire course, challenge, or coaching program in just a few days?

The goal is to start with questions and build from there. Too many homesteaders think they need to build something massive before they know if anyone wants it. Instead, start asking questions, get feedback, and build from there.

Step 2: Identify Your Offers

Most people don’t realize how much they know. Take a moment to list out every skill you have on your homestead:

✔️ Do you know how to make homemade soap?
✔️ Are you an expert in canning and food preservation?
✔️ Can you train livestock or build efficient homestead systems?

Now, ask people their most buring question about that. Those are clues about what people need and are willing to pay for. The more you solve their problems, the more valuable your offer becomes.

Step 3: Stack for Maximum Value

Here’s where most homesteaders go wrong. They try to sell one thing at a time instead of bundling their knowledge into an irresistible offer.

For example, let’s say you’re a pro at sourdough baking. Instead of just selling a PDF with your recipe for $5, what if you created an entire Sourdough Starter Kit that includes:

- A full beginner’s guide to sourdough
- A video tutorial series
- A printable checklist
- A private Facebook group for support

Suddenly, you’re not just competing on price—you’re competing on value. And when you compete on value,  you can charge what you're worth.
